Cancellation and Refund Policy

GENERAL POLICIES

At Aaryan Infocom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring a smooth experience for all our clients. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed for our products and services.

Terms and conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window mentioned on the product detail page, only if:
  • The product received is damaged.
  • There are missing parts or accessories.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product is different from the description mentioned on the product detail page on www.aaryaninfocom.com.

Replacement Requests

  • Customers can request a replacement unless stated otherwise on the product detail page.
  • For damaged or missing parts/accessories, the Aaryan Infocom team will contact the customer to confirm the details before issuing a replacement.
  • If the product received is different from the description, the Aaryan Infocom team will arrange a pick-up from the customer’s registered location and process the requested replacement.

Mandatory Proof of Order Receipt:

To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, it is necessary for customers to record a video while unboxing the order. 

This video must clearly show:

  • The condition of the outer packaging.
  • The process of opening the package.
  • The product inside, along with its condition and accessories.
  • This video serves as proof in case the product is found to be damaged or missing items upon delivery. Without this video, return or replacement requests for damages during transit may not be processed.

Defective Products:

Resolutions for defective products will follow these guidelines:

  • For laptops, desktops, CCTV’s/Biometrics, and other accessories, Aaryan Infocom team will assist the customer for troubleshooting. The resolution will be provided based on the technician’s report.

Conditions for Replacement:

Replacement will be processed only under these conditions:

  • The product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession.
  • The product matches what was originally shipped.
  • The product is returned in its original condition with the brand/manufacturer box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all in-the-box accessories.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days once the product is received by Aaryan Infocom.
  • The timeline for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 7 to 8 working days or longer

Non-Eligible for Return/Replacement:

  • Products listed as “Non-Returnable” or “Non-Replaceable” on the product detail page.
  • Buyer’s remorse, including change of mind or ordering the incorrect product/model/color.
  • Products without original packaging, missing MRP tags, user manuals, warranty cards, or in-the-box accessories.
  • Consumable items, such as printer ink cartridges, toners, or batteries, that have been used or unsealed.
  • Personal care products (e.g., earphones, headphones, or wearable devices) due to hygiene reasons, unless found defective upon delivery.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or bundled accessories provided with the main product.
  • Software products, including licenses, activation keys, and digital downloads.  

Digital Products:

For products capable of storing data, customers must remove all personal information before processing a return or replacement. Aaryan Infocom will not be liable for the loss or misuse of such information.

Repair After Return Window:

For products beyond the return or refund window, repairs will be conducted as per the brand’s warranty terms.

Service Charges

Service facilitation charges may apply for carry-in products serviced at stores.

Policy Modifications

Aaryan Infocom reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Legal Disputes

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
